I am Yoga Alliance certified instructor. I have been teaching classes for 8 years. I have a passion to teaching all formats of group fitness and yoga. I believe to be our healthiest, it starts with managing our stress levels through mind-body work. I own a fitness small studio in my Indiana town. I would love to teach classes while traveling.
