Hello my name is Danielle Watson. I am a certified yoga instructor teaching both privately and in a studio. I received my certifications through Yoga Alliance. I fell in love with practice many years ago but it wasn't until I discovered the origins of yoga that I decided to make it a career. My certifications allow me to teach students of all levels. I specialize in vinyasa flow and enjoy including energy movement such as pranayama or chakra balancing. Traveling around the world is one of my passions and I look forward to being able to teach while on vacations.
In additional to yoga instruction, I am also a Chopra certified Ayurvedic and Primordial Sound Meditation instructor. Ayurveda, yoga and meditation teach us practical tools to establish balance between the mind, body and spirit. More than 5000+ years ago, Ayurveda and Yoga were created to support meditation. They have all evolved into their own practices, but work best when practiced together.
For the purposes of Fit Bodies, I believe my expertise in the physical practice of yoga would be of most benefit. If there is a need for Ayurveda or meditation I would be interested to hear more.
