My name is Ty Lohmar and I have been a certified instructor and personal trainer for almost 20 years. Fitness has always been my passion and I have taught a variety of formats including Pilates, hip hop, kickboxing, weight lifiting, H.I.I.T. and so many more. I love learning and challenging myself with new trends as they are introduced. Fintess is not only important to me but also to my family. I workout every morning at 6am with my husband and am blessed to have two boys that are athletes and have made working out a priority in there lives as well.
