Hi! My name is Lilly. I am a 200 RYT who is passionate about the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. I have been teaching hot, restorative, and power yoga at YogaSix in Charlotte, NC for the past year. I love the community that yoga and group fitness creates. Yoga has helped me through many physical and emotional difficulties in my lie, and I love to share this amazing practice with anyone who is willing to try it!
