I am an outdoor and movement enthusiast with a love for good food and good views. I have both my 200 RYT and a 180-hour meditation teacher certification. I specialize in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and incorporate this into my classes through mindful movement. I love the water, whether it's the ocean, creeks, rivers or lakes, I could spend hours by the water every day. I am the features editor and reporter for my University's student ran newspaper, with multiple personal columns and a podcast on health and wellness. I love travel, especially solo travel. I learned to speak Spanish while living abroad in Barcelona, Spain for 6 months.
