I started my yoga practice in 2012 as a compliment to my running and strength training. Yoga helped improve my muscle length and flexibility. Then backbends changed my life. The addition of back bending into my regular practice has created more space in my spine and my back feels better than ever. I am a physical therapist assistant practicing since 2000 and I use yoga to help my clients move better. I love the physical benefits of yoga. I also love how yoga slows me down and calms my mind.
I am a 2022 graduate of the Yovana Yoga teacher training program. My physical therapy background married with my own athletic ability gives me the amazing ability to truly teach yoga to anyone.
