Kish Mackin has been practicing yoga for over 13 years, and it continues to be a powerful part of her journey—physically, mentally, and spiritually. For Kish, yoga is more than a workout; it's a way to find stillness in the chaos, to ground herself in the present moment, and to appreciate the beauty of the world around her.

Kish completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Mojo Fit Studios in Fargo, North Dakota, where she now teaches both heated and non-heated Vinyasa classes, as well as Yin Yasa, Yin, and Barre. She leads 1–3 classes each week and brings a balance of breath, movement, strength, and mindfulness to every session.

A lifelong fitness enthusiast and passionate traveler, Kish enjoys discovering new places and connecting with others through teaching and taking classes. Her teaching style is centered on helping students cultivate strength, balance and peace—both on and off the mat.
