Becky Hauder

 Becky began practicing yoga to reduce stress in the body and the mind. She enjoyed the healing from the practice and felt a strong connection with her spiritually. She was approached to take yoga teacher training which made perfect sense as a licensed massage therapist as she had the knowledge of the human body! Her yoga teacher training was completed at B-1 Yoga Studio in 2017. Becky has taught private and studio class room yoga since 2017 t B-1 Yoga Studio and currently at Evolve Day Spa in Dubuque, IA where she teaches guided meditation, vision board classes, sound healing, book club and  Private Yin Yoga classes 3-4 times a week.  Currently, residing in Texas and in Iowa!
