Lisa Hillier

My name is Lisa Hillier and I have worked in the fitness industry for over 11 years. I run a successful community-based group exercise business with 410 members.

I am also a choreographer and presenter for an award-winning fitness brand called Beatz Fitness and for the last 5 years I have traveled the Uk presenting at top fitness events. I won Female Presenter of the Year at the National Community Fitness Awards 2019. I also placed third at the National Fit Pro Awards 2021 and won Instructor of the Year at the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2022.

I also run my own fitness brand, alongside my husband, called GroovX Fitness. We created the brand in lockdown 2020 and this year we were finalists in the National Fit Pro Awards in the Dance Based Workout category.

I love what I do with an absolute passion. I believe in making fitness fun!
