After multiple injuries were sustained throughout his 25 year career as a firefighter/EMT, Aaron began the practice of hot yoga. With over 1000 hours of heated practice, Aaron became a 200RYT. Aaron enjoys teaching a range of classes from slow flow gentle yoga to vigorous hot power vinyasa. In his classes you will find strong point to point cueing so even the beginner can follow along, with many options for the experienced yogi to learn inversions and arm balances. He often speaks to the breath work of yoga to connect the mind with body in his vinyasa style yoga.

One of Aaron's motivations to share yoga is to bend the stereotypical mold and make yoga accessible to all individuals regardless of gender, age, or body type.

Aaron is founder and CEO of The First Responders Yoga Project LLC.  This powerful program is designed to teach yoga to public service personnel to reduce common injury through proprioception.  In addition, FRYP is designed to teach the breath work needed when responding on critical incidents.

Aaron is a trauma informed instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School.
