Gina Bradley

In 2009, just a few years after stand up paddleboarding (SUP) had established itself as a new sport, Gina Bradley brought Paddle Diva, the first SUP business in the Hamptons, to Three Mile Harbor in Springs.  Gina brought her special skillset to make Paddle Diva one of the most sought-after brands in the Hamptons.  A fitness instructor, a professional windsurfer, PADI certified scuba instructor, and master trainer in SUP, as well as a marketing professional and brand creator for a decade in NYC, Gina had a clear mission: teach stand up paddleboarding and give people a life changing experience on the water. Originally, Paddle Diva focused on creating a space for women to experience water sports that had been traditionally dominated by men but the business quickly grew to become an iconic Hamptons brand, not only the best place to learn to SUP but also the place for family fun, bridal showers, exclusive private paddles, SUP clinics, kids’ camps, and more. Giving clients a special mind-body connection to the water, Paddle Diva naturally brings awareness to the marine environment, opening hearts and minds to the importance of protecting our oceans through sustainability and conservation.

Since starting Paddle Diva, Gina has been an advisor in Gabby Reece and Laird Hamilton’s XPT Experience in Montauk and Malibu and featured In Outside Magazine's TV series on XPT. She worked with Susan Rockefeller and was in her film Mission of the Mermaids, a film about the state of the ocean and the need to let it rest.  She has been featured in HGTV’s “Island Life,” and on Bethenny Frankel’s, The Bethenny Show and HBO MAX’s The Big Shot with Bethenny.  She makes regular media appearances and speaking engagements to advocate for women entrepreneurs, conservatism and preserving the oceans. She lives in Springs full time with her husband and fellow waterman, Scott Bradley. They have two wonderful children, Emma who is attending Coastal Carolina University and James who is a scratch golfer at age 16 and attending Altitude Academy in Port St. Lucie, FL. The family is loved by their dog Coconut, a rescue chihuahua from Rincon, PR their second home.
