Lucia Foley

I have been married to my husband for 30 years.  I have three grown sons and they have all participated in college sports.  My degree is in interior architecture, however I stopped practicing and started pursuing fitness career after my sons were born. I am originally from the Chicago area, but moved to NC in 1994. I have worked at many clubs over the past 30 years, including several different YMCAs. I am currently working as the Assistant Fitness Director for Forsyth Country Club.
