Kristina is a dancer at heart and loves movement of any kind. Moving makes her spirit feel alive. She has taught fitness classes for 15 years and loves the combination of teaching sculpting, barre, and dance cardio classes with grounded and therapeutic yoga classes. She has a balanced approach to working with the body, and a wide knowledge-base. Her students say she is positive, upbeat, challenging and fun. Kristina is an expert teacher who truly loves her craft. She is creative and dedicated to helping all participants improve their health.
