Jasmine Jackson

My name is Jasmine , I’m a health & Fitness coach . I’m 31, I’ve always had a love for fitness but just didn’t know it. My love for fitness truly blossomed from my own personal weight loss journey. For the third time of my life I had lost weight but I wanted to have lifelong results this time around. So being able to create my own fitness routines , have fun with it and share that experience with a group of women has been my way to do so. I started my business in 2015 but actually started my fitness brand in 2019. I’m so excited for what’s to come and the people I’ll be impacting.
