Yoga has been a big part of my life for over 20 years. What began as a fun way to exercise, quickly became a lifestyle. I fell in love with not only the physical benefits, but also the mind and body connections. I enjoy sharing my passion for yoga with others and believe each person's time on the mat is an opportunity for self-discovery, personal growth and acceptance. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, 3 kids and dog. I'm in my happy place when I'm doing anything outdoors: hiking, paddle-boarding, gardening and trying new restaurants.
