I have over 20 years of experience in the fitness field, everything from management to fitness classes. My journey started back in University when I graduated with a Recreation degree and became very involved in fitness. I have always been very active competing in volleyball, basketball, soccer and figure skating in my youth. I took up running in my late teenage years and have loved it ever since, completing 2 half marathons.
Currently I teach small group classes including trx, barre, pilates and Essentrics as well as some yoga. I train many private clients on the pilates equipment and with fitness equipment. I work at a small boutique studio in my hometown, fitness is my career and my life!
