Zeeshan Merchant

Meditation and yoga have been a key part of Zeeshan’s life for over a decade,  initially helping him find peace and stillness during chaotic times. His practice is centered on creating space for the mind and the body by bringing in awareness and understanding towards all formations, applying a compassionate lens towards them, and letting energy flow freely so we can be in harmony with ‘what is’. His approach encourages you to meet yourself where you are and build from there, one mindful moment at a time. 
 
He has studied meditation techniques rooted in Buddhist teachings, and holds a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in the Vinyasa tradition from KIND Yoga in Markham, Ontario.
