Krista Caldwell

Krista initially started practicing yoga in 2010 in Houston, Texas to help relieve chronic neck pain. Over time she fell in love with the practice and benefits that reached well beyond pain relief. In 2018, Krista moved back to her home state of Colorado and continued practicing many styles of yoga. After several years of practice, Krista completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Colorado with the hopes of bringing some of the same benefits to her students. Krista currently teaches with YogaSix and Yoga38 in Colorado, delivering Slow Flow and Mix vinyasa classes to her students every week. Krista has a passion for travel and has visited a number of countries around the world. In her spare time she loves to teach and practice yoga, paddle board, hike, bike, ski, and do just about anything outdoors. She is an active mom of two boys!  She learned about Fitness Pro Travel by going to a yoga class while on vacation in Mexico. She is thrilled to be part of the team and is looking forward to her next teaching vacation.
