Lesley Dormeyer

I am 41 years old, married 12 years, with a 11 year old boy and 7 year old girl.  I have taken fitness classes since I was allowed and took dance from the age of 6 until 13.  I am a full time attorney and part time fitness instructor.  During college, I took fitness classes as my electives (conditioning, weight training, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and ice skating).  In law school I started taking kickboxing and spin classes and joined a gym after graduation to make friends while taking group X classes.  After having my first child, I decided to work out more at home instead of the gym and started doing INSANITY.  I have done many Beachbody programs and have been a Beachbody coach about 10 years.
