I have been working and teaching in the fitness industry for over 30 years. My passion began with a simple group fitness class at the local community centre and I was hooked. I started teaching fitness classes as a part-time interest and it kept growing. In the past I taught everything from high intensity, low impact to dance, but my passion now is yoga. I love mediation, yin yoga and nidra yoga and teach all levels of yoga. I am now retired from the running of fitness studios and can concentrate of the joy of teaching the participates. My 2 lovely boys are grown and flew the nest so now is the time for me to enjoy my passion, yoga.
