Luigi Criscuolo Born and raised in Vico Equense in 1982 (Napoli)
he's been in the kitchen practically since he can remember
started from the bottom, he traveled all over Italy from
north to south working in the worst and in the best italian
kitchens, hard work studying commitment and dedication
was the winning recipe of his career, rewarded with many
awards over the years
with two culinary degree award in 1997 and 2001
hospitality industry business management and
Chef de cuisine in Naples Italy
during his career get many award ,some of this in particular
in 2009 from the Italian restaurant association two time
in the same year he start his adventure in the United States
start up Restaurant from East Coast to the West Coast
