What do former school teachers do? They become certified yoga teachers and live the dream!! I love nothing more than sharing the benefits and joys of yoga with others. I teach 4 classes weekly at our fitness centers here in Arizona, and have taught seniors and community classes through our local library. Whether you are brand new to yoga, or experienced, I look forward to sharing a resort practice with you.
