- Tina Haapala
Tina Haapala has been a yoga practitioner for over 25 years and decided to step away from the corporate world after taking the Yoga Teacher Training. She is now a certified yoga teacher (200RYT). She teaches vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. Tina is also a writer, travel agent, and marketing consultant and uses those skills to share yoga and mindfulness techniques with others.
