I was a lawyer, marketing director, and marathon runner before discovering yoga.  I started doing yoga as a complement to running, but over time found that yoga gave me much more. My physical practice became a tool for grounding, reflection, and increased self awareness  

My classes are often vigorous, yet balanced, with equal focus on strength and stretch. I often focus on postures that lead to a peak pose and detailed cues for arm balances and inversions. My favorite time to teach (and practice) is at 6am/sunrise.  I teach vinyasa flow classes at local studios, corporate yoga and Stand Up Paddle Yoga on Lake Michigan.   I’m a former lifeguard, swimmer/swim teacher who loves all things water! I hold level 200 and 500 certifications.
