Amanda had been an avid yoga practitioner for 7 years before embarking on the path to become a teacher in 2022. While initially attracted to yoga for its physicality, she eventually fell in love with the emphasis on mindfulness and community. Amanda loves that yoga can shape shift; depending on the mood, yoga can be whimsical, graceful, grounded, theatrical, or something else.

Amanda teaches with empathy, and focuses on the evidence-based benefits of yoga and mindful. Her classes and private sessions are led with kindness and positivity.
