Caroline believes that you have the choice in each moment to create whatever YOU want in your life. Caroline is a stand that through connection to your true self and in with community anything is possible. She is committed to generating inspiration and curiosity for you on and off your mat through her teaching. When you take Caroline's class, you can expect to sweat (a lot), smile, and leave feeling more deeply connected to your body, yourself, and your community. Caroline celebrates the never ending journey of both teaching and practicing yoga and is honored to share that journey with you!

As an outdoor enthusiast and adventure seeker, Caroline is a lover of type II fun, trying new and challenging things, and cultivating opportunities for growth. Originally from the Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina, Caroline has expanded upon her love of the nature through her time spent as an avid hiker, skier, camper, backpacker, and traveler.
