Salutations!!!!

I was "made in Taiwan and exported when I was 2.5 yrs old". I have lived in Edmonton Alberta, then Guelph Ontario and I have been residing in Ottawa since 1974.

Participating in a semi professional dance troupe for over 21 years, specializing in traditional Chinese dance was amazing!! We performed mainly in Ontario and also for a month in China!!!

Working with people and making a difference has always been my passion! I taught at the elementary/ junior level with the public school board here in Ottawa and retired after 30.5 years in 2018. Of those years I taught 19 years in Kindergarten where I learned to see the world in a whole new light!!!

I have a passion for health and well being research for the past 10 years and I have been sharing my experience and learnings in a health coach setting.

My two adult children are very successful residing in Ottawa and Montreal. I am a proud grandmother!!!

I started instructing group fitness 21 years ago and it has changed my life in so many ways that I never could have dreamed possible!! Two and a half years ago i started teaching online as well.

My desire is to continue sharing my passion for fitness for decades to come!
