Sarah Walczewski

Sarah's classes link breath and movement to create a meditative, balanced, vinyasa-style flow. Her goal is to help students feel grounded, present, and energized throughout and after their yoga practice. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Flow SF, where she studied the physical asana practice as well as the eight limbs of yoga, breathwork, and yoga philosophy. She is a believer in the power of mindfulness and meditation to create inner peace and mental clarity. She is grateful for her teachers -- past, present, and future.
