Dawn Poitras

My interest in health, wellness and fitness began in my early '20s. My career followed suit. I live a healthy lifestyle and love to assist people in their personal goals. I have the best of both worlds in that I work in a field that I am passionate about. I practice what I preach. I currently am the Senior Manager of Business Development, Occupational Health & Wellness Services and Provider Relations at an area hospital. I provide training and group fitness instruction in the evenings and on weekends at two local fitness facilities.
