Melissa delivers energy, passion, fun and grit as a group fitness coach. Her mission is to empower others through group fitness to become the best version of themselves. In her 25 years of group fitness coaching, Melissa has provided amazing experiences to a wide range of group fitness participants where everyone leaves feeling challenged, yet successful. She currently teaches Yoga and a variety of Group fitness classes. She enjoys diverse food, strong coffee, brewing kombucha, trail running, thrill seeking, watching Real Housewives, reading and traveling the world with her family.
