Derick Priest

Hi, my name is Derick Priest. I’m a 200hr yoga teacher in Colorado and also have my associates of science and kinesiology. I’m very passionate about health, fitness, and yoga and would love the opportunity to share/ teach a healthy lifestyle with everyone I meet. I am also passionate about breathwork and get my students as connected to their breath and bodies as I’m able to.
