My passion for yoga started as young girl. My grandfather would teach me during his visits to America and I attended summer camps where I had to get up at 6am to do yoga. During my teenage years, I always tried to get out of doing yoga but then came back to it as an adult. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in my 20's and found my way back to yoga. My grandfather always said, "The key to health is yoga and mediation". Yoga has brought me peace, improved my health and way of being. I love to teach others the tools I have learned my entire life - including pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses), chanting and meditation.
