Amanda Eilerman

I am a 200 Hr RYT and have been teaching yoga for 5 years. While my yoga journey started long before becoming an instructor, immersing myself in the teacher training program expanded my understanding and love for the practice of yoga. As an instructor, I have the honor of sharing the beautiful practice of yoga with my students on a weekly basis. Off the mat, I am a wife, mother, optometrist, and business owner.
