Daniel Levin

Dan Levin is an RYT^®200 (200-hr registered yoga teacher). He completed his training at Yoga Heights DC. He completed 20hrs of Functional (Yin) Yoga with Paul Grilley, 50hrs of Progressive Ashtanga, and Supernova Yoga Nidra Master Class. Dan teaches yoga at Yoga Heights and Bluebird Sky Yoga, both in Washington, DC. He also teaches private class, described at yogawithdan.com. He is beginning a 300hr trauma-informed yoga teacher training at Sol Yoga in Frederick, MD.  Dan’s yoga classes emphasize breath, movement, and alignment, and he works to help students build strength, flexibility, and focus. Following his own teachers' examples, Dan's classes are fun and creative, and frequently include opportunities for individual guided practice. He loves seeing yoga students develop greater confidence in their practice.
