It goes beyond just burning calories/losing weight. A good workout helps you let go of your stress and transports you to a party, where you enjoy moving your body and celebrating all it does for you. As a licensed Zumba/Aqua Zumba instructor and Licensed Dietitian, I incorporate that philosophy into all my classes and daily life. I love helping people discover the joy of movement and a healthy lifestyle. With a vast dance background, I am familiar with a large variety of dance styles including, salsa, merengue, reggaeton, bachata, cumbia, ballroom, swing, blues, jazz, and belly dance. I also am a swimmer at heart and enjoy teaching water aerobic classes, including Aqua Zumba, shallow water, and deep water fitness.
