Katherine Markee began her yoga practice in 2015 as a way to build more flexibility and muscle tone. After a few years of the physical based Hatha/Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices, she found that she was being drawn toward the more energetic and spiritual side of yoga and started adding Kundalini Yoga to her routine. Katherine found her life was slowly being transformed by these practices.
In 2020, Katherine had the opportunity to study Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with internationally celebrated yogi, Kia Miller and Radiant Body Yoga to earn her 200 hour teacher certification. She has also just completed her 300 hour teacher certification through Radiant Body Yoga.
Katherine is excited to share these life-changing practices that have helped her to transform her entire outlook of life and the world. She combines the physical practice of Hatha Yoga with the energetic practice of Kundalini Yoga to give students a well-rounded and transformative experience as their hearts and minds open up to the possibilities that they hold within themselves to create the life they want to live.
