Hi! I'm fitness enthusiast turned fitness instructor and I'm so grateful to be here. About decade ago, I put my physical and mental health on the back burner to try salvage a relationship that I believed to be worth all my time and effort. I realized very shortly after that movement was the very thing that made me feel whole again! Just as the flight attendant tells you to put on your oxygen mask first, taking care of me, and my physical wellbeing had an amazing ripple effect for the rest of me and those around me. Now I have the great honor of motivating other people through movement (barre, bootcamp, and strength training) so they can also feel centered.
