Sara McGinnis

I live in Santa Monica, California. I am a Physical Education and Pre-K Teacher. 

I started my teaching career teaching elementary and middle school health and physical education. I am currently teaching Pre-Kindergarten at St. Matthews Parish School in Pacific Palisades, CA.

I started teaching cycling classes in Baltimore Maryland at Merritt Athletic Club in 2013. I have been teaching a athletic clubs and cycling studios for 11 years. I am Spinning, Madd dog and Schwinn Power certified. 

Challenge your physical and mental strength using resistance, speed, positioning, and cadence to burn calories and improve strength. I will guide you through a workout that will include endurance runs, climbs, high intensity intervals, and drills to challenge your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. I love to teach a rhythm-based class which is designed to move to the beat of the music!
