Colman Feighan

Colman is a certified personal trainer from NY who has been living in LA since graduating from Wake Forest University. He has taught group fitness classes for nearly a decade and focuses on strengthening the mind, body, and soul in class. Colman is also a celebrity personal trainer to LA's elite. On top of his professional experience, he was a collegiate swimmer. Colman’s workouts are not designed to be easy, they are designed to be worth it. He believes we all have all the power we need to make it through class & life, we just have to let it out!
