Lori Lapin

Im an active 56 year old mother with three sons 20,25,and 26. I’ve been married for 30 years . I’m a graduate from The University of Georgia with a degree in exercise science.I started my career in the fitness industry working with kids and adults of all ages  with a desire to help people live a happy and healthy lifestyle and to become the healthiest version of themselves.

I’ve owned a personal training studio in Columbia SC for 10 years now and a Coach for The FasterWay to fat loss nutrition and fitness company . I have experience teaching circuit classes, mat Pilates, stretch classes, actually any type of fitness . I’m an avid hiker and take clients on adventure trips yearly so I’m able to create fun programs .

I met Frannie at the Hyatt property in Jamaica and she recommended me to this wonderful program . I’m usually a staple at any gym on vacation so I would love to get involve and teach classes and travel .
