Sandy Jones is a versatile group fitness instructor with over 8 years of experience creating inclusive, positive, and fun group fitness experiences for participants of all ages. Sandy lives by the philosophy that creating enjoyable fitness classes, participants are more likely to engage in lifelong activity. Over the course of her career, Sandy has taught a variety of group fitness class formats and continuously seeks professional development opportunities to better her practice. Sandy is currently the coordinate of fitness programs at a university in her area. Previously, she worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at a family fitness club and as a health educator for middle school. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Dayton. Sandy lives with her husband and children in their home in Maryland where they love to spend time outdoors, participating in sports, and hiking during their spare time.
