I added Pilates into my fitness toolbox 5 years ago, I vividly remember how amazing I felt after class. Pilates taps into the CORE of movement through improving the mind body connection, physical strength, flexibility and posture. I want to help others achieve their personal fitness goals and be the best they can be with both mind and body. Regardless of your athletic abilities, I will ensure your workouts are challenging, safe - and most importantly - fun!
