I am a lifelong lover of being active! My fitness journey began in my childhood where I played volleyball competitively until high school. Following that, I explored many modes of fitness including bodybuilding, power lifting, and my true love, CrossFit. In my years of experience, I've learned to enjoy the journey and no longer have a destination in mind. Sounds strange, doesn't it? These days, I am invested in longevity, wellness, and doing what feels good for my physical and mental well-being. I honour my body by doing what feels best whether that is working on my mobility or testing my strength. I find deep satisfaction in leading a group in movement for movement's sake. I often find myself deeply humbled by the athletes I coach, it is a true honour to be a part of anyone's fitness journey, whether for an hour or years.
