Liz Morton is a certified yoga and fitness instructor who combines her passion for movement with a love of travel. She began teaching in 2020 after earning her 200-hour RYT through CorePower Yoga and has since expanded her training across a variety of modalities, including Yoga Sculpt, hot and Bikram-style yoga, restorative yoga, kids yoga, SUP yoga, aerial yoga, CSX (HIIT-style training), FitSprings, and sound healing.
Liz teaches at multiple studios throughout the northwest Chicago suburbs and is committed to maintaining her own physical and mental well-being through an active lifestyle.
As a traveling instructor, Liz is passionate about making fitness accessible to all and believes the key to wellness is finding movement you truly enjoy. She strives to create inclusive, energizing experiences that support both body and mind.
