Grace Ann began her yoga journey in high school. She came to the mat out of curiosity and fell in love with the practice.
Grace Ann's focuses on breath and alignment principles to guide her students safely though their practice. She enjoys instilling her own passion for yoga in her students by encouraging them to build inner strength and deepen their connection between mind, body and spirit.
Grace Ann has been teaching for 8 years. She continues to be inspired by all of her incredible teachers and students.
