Hayley McTigue

My goal is to have fun with fitness while incorporating exercises that will assist with day to day functionality.  I especially love strength training, boot camp, and toning/sculpt classes. I also love exercising outdoors. My husband and I enjoy biking, kayaking and walking together. 

Fitness and movement have always played a big part in my life.  Exercise improves my mood and relieves stress, so it is an essential part of my daily self-care routine.
