Lilia Greatrix has been in the fitness industry for over decade as a group instructor. While her passion has always been on health and fitness with a love for yoga, her deeper connection to herself and her body that came through her mindful journey made it not only her focus, but her life’s purpose. She has 200+ hours of yoga teacher training, as well as an additional 150 hours in trauma informed yoga teacher training, especially serving those with PTSD and varied types of trauma. Her approach is cheerful, but gentle and restorative. But don’t be surprised if you get a little stronger in the process of practicing. Her main goal is for all to be in harmony with themselves, their bodies, and their community. Because after all, we’re in this thing together.
