Sahar Alford

 

Sahar Alford is a highly experienced and passionate fitness professional with over a decade of dedication to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. With a background as a former belly dancer, choreographer, and black belt in karate, she brings a unique blend of strength, grace, and expertise to every class she leads. Currently, Sahar teaches multiple group fitness classes across several locations, including Club4 Fitness in Mobile, Alabama, where she leads sessions in Yoga Vinyasa Flow, Zumba, Pilates, Straight development, Body Pump, and Les Mills Sprint. Her diverse teaching portfolio also includes kickboxing, hip-hop dance, and mobility training, all designed to challenge and empower participants of all fitness levels.

Beyond her extensive experience in commercial gyms, Sahar has taken her passion for fitness worldwide, teaching at multiple luxury resorts where she upholds the highest standards of professionalism and instruction. She thrives on creating an inclusive, welcoming environment that inspires confidence, self-love, and community through movement. Whether guiding guests through an invigorating Vinyasa flow, leading high-energy dance sessions, or fostering mindfulness through meditation, Sahar’s expertise and energy make a lasting impact. Her love for travel, culture, and connecting with people from all walks of life further enhances her ability to create unforgettable fitness experiences, making her an exceptional candidate for teaching at premier resort destinations.
 

In personal life outside of fitness, She is senior structural/ Architectural designer and Painting Artist, her favorite subjects to paint currently are botanical and nature watercolor paintings.
