“I love helping others work to achieve their own fitness and wellness goals. My experience has taught me that if you don’t use you will lose it, so move your body daily and vary your workout program. An effective lifelong workout routine should include include components of cardio, strength training, flexibility and stretching techniques as well as balance and agility training. The mind body component is also very important to all exercise as is consistency in my opinion. It’s so rewarding to do what I love as a career!
