My name is Charlotte and I am 53 years old, happily married and a mother of 2 grown up daughters.
I discovered Pilates after suffering with a herniated disc. After some treatment, Pilates was recommended to me to gain core strength and mobility. I fell in love with it then and decided to train to become an instructor and helping people with the same issues.
I have been self employed and teaching my own classes for 7 years. I teach to small classes ensuring a high level of observation. I teach 12-15 classes a week to beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. I often use small props including the ring, Small Pilates ball, theraband and the roller.
I have recently qualified in PureStretch and include stretching in all of my classes.
I have always been interested in health, wellbeing and fitness and as well as teaching my own classes I also enjoy practicing Yoga and circuits classes.
